An Initiative to Enhance Employment Skills for University Students
With this latest initiative, RCX wishes to achieve sustainable development in the country by boosting the engagement of the country’s youth, then training them at the highest professional level in the disciplines required by the global labor market, whether they are seeking employment in Egypt or abroad.
RAYA CX collaboration with Alashank Ya Baladi Association aims at enhancing the employment skills of university students. The new “Empower Your Future” campaign represents the organization’s commitment to its core beliefs of giving back to the community.

RAYA CX Unites its Efforts with ICT to Curb COVID-19
As a part of its efforts to curb the pandemic’s effects and support Egypt in keeping track of all the COVID-19 cases, RAYA Customer Experience handled ICT’s new 15413 hotline calls. The hotline’s initiative was meant to assist with reporting the COVID-19 figures of factory workers, lack of production materials, and receiving customer support phone calls.
Rather than being an isolated effort, the initiative acts as an integral part of Egypt’s many endeavors to curb the pandemic while coping with the worldwide changes. Its aim is to keep boosting major company’s and public services’ performance, to ensure that the economic growth rate and the national income are on the rise.
We Exert Effort in Building New Sites in Locations with Limited Jobs.
RAYA CX’s commitment to giving back to the community urged it to open its Hurghada site to make more employment opportunities available to the people who live there. Hurghada’s site capacity is up to 300+ seats, supporting a wide range of languages, like English, Arabic, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.
RAYA CX’ impact sourcing arm of the BPO industry employs people to provide high-quality, information-based services to domestic and international business partners. The employees’ age range falls between 24 and 30, with 64% male employees and 36% female counterparts. Their cities of origin vary, with 60% from Hurghada, 25% from Qena, Luxor, and Upper Egypt, and 15% from Cairo and Alexandria.

WFH Gave Birth to New CSR Initiative
RAYA CX gave birth to the idea of including the WFH model in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program activities. The campaign was targeting housewives and individuals with special abilities who are unable to leave their homes and work on-premises, yet they needed to increase their income.
The results were positively reflected from both the CSR perspective and hiring talents pool as well.
RAYA CX Participation in Zayed Humanitarian Work Day Supports Children with Autism to Access Quality Primary Education
Since we have always believed in the power of youth and the younger generation, participating in humanitarian activities at regional and international levels is at the heart of its core values and worldwide mission.
This year, in commemoration of Zayed Humanitarian Day, the company is both proud and humbled to confirm its commitment to the vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan through offering children with Autism school fee waivers in addition to providing them with the medical equipment needed throughout their academic year.
