Earlier this year, RAYA has announced participating in the world’s largest contact center association ‘Contact Center World’ 2021 16th Annual Global awards. As a BPO industry leader marching towards Customer Experience (CX) excellence, the company enrolled in awards that are highly competitive and cover the EMEA region. The Contact Center World Awards are specifically recognizing worldwide leaders in contact center, employee engagement, CX, and business strategies.
The industry’s most coveted company awards that RAYA became a finalist in are Best Home/Remote Agent Program, Best in Customer Service, and Best Contact Center under the leadership of Maggi Dewedar, Director of Supporting Functions, and Best CX Organizational Awards under the leadership of Mina Habib, the Head of Marketing.
As for individual awards, RAYA’s Ahmed Albarea, Nessma Hassanien, and Yasser Taher became finalists in Best Contact Center Operational Manager. Wael Youssef and Kariem Youssef are finalists in Best Contact Center Support Professional – Workforce Planning, Yasmine Sabour in Quality Auditor, and Ossama Said in Best Project Manager.
