RAYA CX Wins the Best CX and Operational Excellence at CX Live Awards

RAYA CX team receives the award for Best CX and Operational Excellence on our behalf at the CX Live Awards, Middle East 2022!  

A big round of applause to every RCXer that puts excellence in every customer experience every day!  Our strategy has put operational excellence as the pinnacle of success and so today we celebrate all the teams who made this possible

RAYA CX also participated in the event panel discussion on how to “Get the Right Balance – designing effective customer communication and personal touchpoints to achieve digital CX success” alongside Michela Cocco, Global CX & Innovation Manager, Nestlé Nespresso, Tina Chikhani Nader Head of E-commerce MENA, Unilever, John Leighton, Head of Customer Service, easyJet, Fatima Tomoum, Director Customer Experience, Majid Al Futtaim and Haitham Elkhatib, Vice President, Sprinklr. 

We would like to thank CX Live for this notable event. The CX Live Awards were part of the CX Live Show 2022 that was created to capture the ambition, innovation, and next-gen technologies orchestrating amazing customer experiences. 

The event was held at The Meydan Hotel, Dubai, UAE on the 24th and 25th of May 2022.
