RAYA CX gladly announces the appointment of our new CEO, Ahmed Aboulezz.
Aboulezz has over 20+ years of experience in customer excellence operations and has led multiple teams across various functions and locations across the globe including North America and EMEA. He’s showcased exceptional gains for the organizations he has led having held various executive roles across the tech and BPO industries, working at France Telecom, Huawei, Xceed, Stream, IBM, and most recently Concentrix where he headed strategic expansion as their Senior Director, EMEA.
Having managed a multitude of Fortune 500 client portfolios, Aboulezz is set to execute a new benchmark for customer excellence and continue our CX strategy and digital transformation strategy to take RAYA CX to new heights.
