This month RAYA CX and Palm Hills Developments celebrated their 5-year partnership going strong with the attendance of the VP of Client Relations of Palm Hills Developments, Mohamed Hegazy, our COO, Alaa El Shafei, and the operations and CSM teams.
The leading luxury real-estate development company in Egypt has had an incredible success story since choosing RAYA CX in 2017 to uplift its customer experience and over the years optimize its database and launch telesales team.
RAYA CX started off with inbound voice transactions and managed to work towards handling PHD’s outbound, and digital touchpoints including WhatsApp and Email with great success.
One of the most notable achievements was a 6-month database optimization project that required the cleansing of outdated data of over 13,000 customers. The outdated data was costing PHD potential leads and sales. So, with data analytics tools RAYA CX managed to create a verified database that would generate potential leads and sales opportunities for PHD’s new projects.
